As VP of Staffing Operations, Arnie manages branch operations across Canada, including Professional and Technical, Commercial and Permanent business lines. He believes that success in the staffing industry is built upon exceptional customer service and the ability to innovate. With that goal in mind, Arnie leads his team to provide unique workforce solutions and the highest-quality experiences for both clients and candidates.
Arnie is a true team builder and highly regarded for his leadership and drive to succeed. Throughout his diverse career in sales, management and client service, he has been recognized on numerous occasions for his performance. Arnie’s accomplishments include membership in the prestigious Honeywell President’s Club, for outstanding results in sales, and in the President’s Club at an international staffing organization, for leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Studies, Business and Finance from Western University.
Arnie previously taught Business Ethics to third-year business students at Centennial College – a natural extension of his role as a respected mentor and leader amongst his colleagues. The experience allowed him to learn from his students and fellow professors as he prepared the next generation of business professionals for success.
