KellySelect® is our temporary-to-hire solution that is designed to alleviate the administrative burden of recruiting, evaluating, screening and interviewing permanent employees. We provide highly skilled and pre-screened employees to our customers that may lead to permanent employment. KellySelect gives our customers the unique option to evaluate an employee on-site before making a final hiring decision - ensuring the new employee is a good fit with co-workers, company culture and day-to-day responsibilities.
Kelly's 90-day evaluation period minimizes the hiring risk. If an employee is not a good fit, we will find a replacement candidate at no charge or refund your replacement fee. Kelly retains the employee on our payroll for 90 days while you evaluate his/her performance.
